Skin needling with Dermapen™ stimulates the bodies own natural healing process to produce collagen. This improves the appearance of wrinkles, sun damage, pigmentation, scarring and stretch marks. Skin feels plump and hydrated.
Dermapen™ is a pen like device with multiple fine needles that puncture the skin. The depth of the needles can be varied to accurately target different areas of the skin. As a response, the body’s natural healing process is stimulated to form new collagen and elevates the skin from below. This is particularly beneficial for acne, burns and surgical scarring.
Dermapen™ is superior to traditional skin rollers as the vertical needle arrangement causes less trauma to the skin. The depth of needle penetration can be adjusted to more delicate areas. This results in improved wound healing and less discomfort.
